1.	Mrs. Deborah Oluwaseun Akande 		? 	Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Profile:

Deborah Akande holds a National Diploma and a Higher National Diploma in Computer Science from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from University of Lagos, Lagos and a Master of Business Administration (International Business) degree from Nexford University, United States of America. 

Prior to her appointment, she was the Executive Director of Operations and Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Norrenberger Securities Limited. She previously served as the Head of Brokerage Services at Afrinvest Securities Limited, Senior Research Analyst at Interstate Securities Limited, and Sales Trader and Information Technology Manager at Capital Trust Brokers Limited. 

Any objection to the appointment of the above person in Norrenberger Securities Limited should be forwarded to NGX Regulation Limited within seven (7) days of this publication.
